The terms and conditions governing your use of Pro IT Solutions services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Pro IT Solutions website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Pro IT Solutions provides managed IT services, infrastructure deployment, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and related technology services to New Zealand businesses.
The specific scope, terms, and pricing of services will be outlined in individual service agreements or statements of work provided to each client.
Service Level Agreements
Service levels, response times, and uptime guarantees are defined in individual client agreements. Our standard SLA targets include 99.9% uptime and less than 2-hour response times during business hours.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, and third-party service failures, may affect service delivery and are excluded from SLA calculations.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their IT environment, maintaining reasonable physical security of equipment, and notifying us promptly of any issues or security concerns.
Clients must ensure they have appropriate licences for all software used in their environment. Pro IT Solutions can assist with licence procurement and management as part of our services.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Pro IT Solutions Ltd and is protected by New Zealand copyright law.
Custom solutions, scripts, or configurations developed specifically for a client as part of a service engagement remain the property of that client, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Pro IT Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question during the preceding 12 months.
We maintain professional indemnity insurance and take all reasonable steps to deliver services to a high professional standard.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the service relationship. This obligation survives termination of services.
Termination
Either party may terminate services as outlined in the individual service agreement. Standard managed service contracts require 30 days written notice for termination.
Upon termination, Pro IT Solutions will assist with an orderly transition of services and provide all client data in a reasonable format.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
